What is stress?
- Stress is some incident or emotional event that
- caused you to be in a defensive position.
- It is triggered automatically emotionally,
- when you are confronted with some eminent events that is beyond your control.
- Stress is a biological response that is triggered by the autonomic nervous system
- that is often not conscious to our awareness unless it is brought up to our attention.

How to you manage stress better?
- One of the ways is
- to understand your coping patterns.
- When you bring your coping skills into your awareness,
- you will see how you can manage stress better.
- That is because your coping patterns are also invoked unconsciously -
- when you are stressed out, your coping pattern automatically kicks in for defense without you consciously aware of it.
- So the more you know about your coping skills,
- the more you are able to handle it better when stress comes along.
How do you identify your coping patterns?
- We have a patented CORE profiling instrument that identifies your coping skills:

- how you react under stress,
- how stressful you are on an average day, and

How does the CORE profiling tools identify your coping skills?
